
I should have made more of these. I think next time I’ll try doubling the recipe and not making them in a cast iron and just on a pan. But I kinda like how the sides end up kinda chewy. hmmmmm. OR is there just a larger cast iron? Do I really want to own something that heavy? I should just leave something like that for the gym.
I have to confess. I like to eat a lot of frosting. I ate so much of this it made me sick…. it’s that good. lol
I also make a *classier* (lol) milk frosting. When you make it, it doesn’t seem classy, BUT after it’s a bit more of a glaze. I used tapioca starch and it in the process is was globbing around like boba for a second then as I splashed milk it loosened up. hahahaha BUT but that frosting, let me tell you, I could eat a lot of and for some reason it didn’t make me sick.
I don’t think I should be telling everyone these person behaviors but sometimes older people get frontal lobe disinhibition syndrome and I think mine is starting early or that’s what I’m claiming.
